If you are a newbie or someone who is experienced with a graphics program, you can always use a little help. I'm always looking for tutorials on how to do things. If it weren't for the people who offer tutorials... I wouldn't be able to enjoy much of what my image program can do. I'd not have graphics to share with you. The net would actually be kinda boring, too !!
