Awards! They are everywhere and everyone seems to have some type of
awards program.
The awards and gifts I've recieved were sent on completion of on-line
classes or out of the blue. I like those the best. There's the odd
one that was accompanied with feed back. I don't make it a point of
applying for awards unless the person notes that they will give feedback.
I appreciate someone take'n a good look at the site and telling me
how their experience was. It's the only way to really learn. And yes...the
comments haven't always been good and I hope that too helps me improve.

 This was a 10 week course, every week there being a new homework assignment. It covers the basics and the more advanced aspects of web page building such as tables, forms and frames. Jennifer and other members who have completed the course provide feedback on your homework. Excellent class that I completed in September of 2001!  Neal has been visiting websites who have requested the 'Blue Ribbon Award' since 1997. I was privilaged to have him visit in May of 2001 (nearly a month after my initial request). He provided honest constructive critism and it did me some good. I love this kind of feedback. If you decide to request...please know that it is a 1 - 2 month waiting list. So many people want to know what he thinks.  Web Tech University also provides free on-line classes. I took the Paint Shop Pro & HTML classes in April of 2001. New classes start every two weeks for each of their courses.  The basics and advanced properties of PSP, HTML, Frames, ect. Provides more one-on-one feedback between you and your instructor via e-mail throughout the duration of the class. Register, I highly recommend it.  This one was awarded to me by WOSIB in June 2001.
